Hello,

I'm going away for 7 days, what should I do about my fish?

Are there any automatic feeders people suggest?

can you get a sitter? Thats what I do. Ive got the food separated, portioned, and labeled in the freezer. My sitter comes over drops the food in and admires the tank than leaves.

Corals? If all the livestock you have is what you have listed above, then you should be ok if you can fill the tank as full as possible to the top with top-off water and cover it to avoid evaporation. I currently use Apex AFS, but before I had it, I used this: https://www.marinedepot.com/Current...h_Feeder-Current_USA-CU08024-FIFDFEAF-vi.html
and it did the job ok. Just make sure you aren't over-feeding. If you are using manually dosed 2 part for maintaining water parameters, I would bump it to the high end before I left. Verified with test kits, of course.

That makes it easier!

I'd recommend an auto feeder (I have a cheap $20 that I can program to feed three separate times during the day) AND an auto top off with a large reservoir.

ATO can be a little more expensive. Usually $100 for the nano range that come with the pump. Is recommend running it for a week or two prior to leaving. The other option is drawing a line on the tank for the sitter and for them to refill it daily or every two days at the most to keep salinity in a range safe for the fish.

Good luck on your trip!
