I have a Colorado Sunburst Anemone. What is this cluster near its foot? Is this bad? It is really happy.

Messentrial filaments , can be hungry or showing signs of stress or was picked at
Yeah I think it the cause of it was my lighting because I since then have moved the light and now its foot isn’t as stretched as it was and that cluster is going back inside if that’s even possible, but it looks that way

Corals and stuff use it to grab food , could be hungry which relates to you changing the lighting just theorizing

Mesenterial filaments being exposed--particularly from the foot--is not normal. It's basically its guts coming out through a hole its foot. It's usually due to an injury, be it the anemone getting picked on by a fish or invert or something falling on it (or other unknown cause).

That said, as long as it doesn't get worse--meaning the injury site increases in size with more exposed filaments or the anemone starts showing signs of infection (deflating, not eating, mouth is open or becomes loose) -- you probably don't need to worry about it. BTAs are very hardy and resilient and the injury should heal on its own without the need for antibiotics or other medications or dips.

Just to show , I got a nem that looked BAD, all I did was leave it alone and ensure stability
It has recovered and now is a bed for clowns

That's happened to my mushrooms before it should go back in if it heals. Yeah it's like they're gutss. Imagine your intestines are hanging out of you stomach. But for the nem it's not that bad.
