Weird dot(s) on Heraldi Angelfish

First I wanted to thank everybody that take of their time to post and answer on this amazing forum, making the hobby much easier to navigate thru.

So I got this Heraldi Angel 3 weeks ago and he is currently in its 2 second week of copper treatment.
At some point in the beggining of the first week I observed a pinkish dot on its side.I thought it was a scale lesion but since than the mark changed.For the last week it now has a black/brown dor in the center of the pink dot.
After taking the picture and zooming in the dorsal fin I also found thousands of little black dots.
Otherwise the fish looks perfectly healthy, eats well , swims ...
The other tank mates are a purple firefish, coral beauty and a melanurus wrasse, everybody looks good.
Any idea what the pink dot on the side and the millions of black dots in the dorsal fin are?
If yes how should i proceed?

This is a puncture wound and can be from an urchin or other object. While it should heal on its own is red and may be infected and I recommend Minimum treatment in tank using Ruby rally pro which is reef safe or for better results, seachem Neoplex in a separate tank with added aeration via air stone

I agree, the single spot looks like physical damage. I’m not sure what the smaller spots are, they might not be serious.
What size tank is it in? I would expect two angels to fight in a smaller tank.

As of now the fish are in a 20 gallon quarentine.
In the first day there was some aggression between the two angels but the heraldi was 100% the agressor(is much bigger than the coral beauty, but since than i put a transparent acrylic sheet with holes for water flow between them.

Im actually treating the quarentine for the past 8 days with formalin (0.94 ml per gallon of water),is that a problem or is it actually better than Ruby rally since it has a higher concentration of formalin ?

Are you SURE that is the amount of formalin you've been adding? 0.94 ml per gallon works out to be around 250 ppm. That is too high, even for a dip! The highest dose for a 24 hour static bath is 25 to 30 ppm. The dose you are adding would treat 10 gallons of water that way.

You are correct
I have been dosing 0.94ml per 10 gallon as per your instructions.
Is that better than using Ruby raly?
Can i use kanaplex instead of Neoplex since i already have it or it doesnt work for the same application?

For protozoan diseases like Brooklynella, I think formalin is a better choice. However, using formalin in a home has some risk in that it de-gases into the room and then people breath it. I would say the ruby reef is safer for people in that regard.
