Can anybody explain this weird pink stuff that has attached itself to the shrimp im feeding my nem it just came from no were

Hard to tell in that pic what I'm looking at. Can you get a pic with less blue? Is your nem healthy and inflated? It kinda looks damaged?

Most likely messentrial filaments coming out to digest the shrimp ....
