Can anyone id what's happening to my torch?

Looks like its receding. Looks like skeleton is showing a bit. What's the flow like and parameters?

All those flatworms around the edges are eating it. Take it out and dip it every couple days. It may be to far gone to save it.

Good call! I couldn't tell if flatworms or coralline growth on skelatal structure from the pic so wasn't going there yet. Good eye!
