Ya I’ll see if they can figure out what’s going on after work tommorow because even 6ppm is high especially with how little output I’m getting out of it.

It seems that every time I call them during there normal working hours 10-3 mst they are never around and have the voicemail on for technical service. Now my tds is conisistently running at 50 at 70 psi. It’s safe to say I’m shutdown. Almost seems like the membrane might not be making a good seal or it’s defective. Has this ever happened?

Interestingly enough this is what happened. I popped the RO housing back open and wiped off the seals and applied a small amount of grease to the bottom Orings and re seated the membrane and got back down to the 2tds at 78Psi that i was seeing with a 4:1 ratio. Still only producing 100mL a minute or 38 gallon a day so hopefully spectrapure has some idea as to what is causing that.
