Welso brain size

I have a Australian welso that's probably the size of a soccer ball cut in half it has 4 heads and weighs over a half lb. How big do these get? It's grown a lot in 2 years and I might have to rearrange my rocks to make more room.

I just fed it but in a few days it will expand. My wife calls it the blob

this is relaxed but when it expands its touching 3 inches up the glass. My buddy wants me to frag him but I won't I think I would feel bad. Tank is a 150 gallon
