What’s considered a safe distance for placement of chalice and favia corals near other corals that are less aggressive?

What’s considered a safe distance for placement of chalice and favia corals near other corals that are less aggressive?

It depends on the type and the placement but Favia and chalices can have very long sweepers. My Favia easily had sweepers four inches long and I suspect they could have been longer if the flow was just right. Observe them near other corals and then go from there. :)
