I watch the videos from brstv and they say wwc says aminos can bring corals back to life or good health. I am just wondering if the one from brightwell is one you use on a day to day bases or could you do that with polyp labs too? I know the instructions on the polyp lab says to use before reef roids. Is polyp lab only used for before reef roids?

Is there really a difference on this?

Would also like to know how Acropower factors into this since it's probably the most popular and the longest one out.

Are you talking about amino acids? Generally those come from the food your corals eat, so if you've been feeding them a variety of foods they should be getting the various amino acids needed for survival. I'm sure they can absorb some amino acids from the water, but I have serious doubts that it's efficient. I wouldn't count on it being the magic bullet to save corals if you're having issues. Food ingestion is always the better way to go.
