What’s the goto phosphate remover media to use with NYOS torq?

Just wondering what folks are using ? From a Carbon perspective I will continue using the Redsea unless you can recommend better, but what are you using for phosphate ?

Since I hate the mess, I always put my GFO and Carbon in old 14" mesh filter socks with the ring cut off . Loose fill then rubberband the sock closed
