What’s wrong with my a360x?

So, there’s a small blemish in the bulb of the LED but I’m not sure what’s going on. Any ideas?

This looks like it may have been to close to a glass top or similar and got too hot. If out of warranty, as a former dealer at my LFS, ive seen Kessil help a consumer out more than once with a replacement.

I'd still call them up. They may give you a deal on a replacement if they don't do it for free. And we can tag them here and see if they respond.

Kessil will give you 20% if your light is out of warranty. I just did this recently.

I just sent them an email and I will call them when they open tomorrow.

Kessil support is good. They sent me a replacement overnight during the height of Covid and shipping, mail, carriers, had other priorities than day to day household crap.

Regardless show the pictures to Kessil and they can direct you. Especially if it is related to cleaning the lens.

Edit: I should say I've had good experience with Kessil Support. Sorry about that - I don't need a blanket statement, right :)
