What’s wrong with my mushroom

I just got this mushroom about 3 hours ago. Is it just adjusting or is there something wrong with it

Most likely just acclimating.
What are your parameters as far as salt, nitrates etc?
Some of my shrooms will get mad and shrink up a little just by moving them around in my system.
Probably just need to give it a day or 2

All parameters are in check. Already starting to acclimate. Thanks
