My lights just came on an hour ago and found my grape watermelon about stung to death ! Sometimes i just wanna give up! dang rotundaflora stung it, it was at least a inch away and has been next to eachother for a week i don't get it? It still looks like it might have a chance its completly brown as i swooshed away the dead parts!
Any suggestion of bring him back would be very appreciated! thanks

Here's a pic before it got stung!

Try dipping the stung piece in iodine and frag away any dead or decaying pieces. let it sit in moderate flow, low light and pray that it pulls through. might take awhile to bounce back but echinophyllias are pretty resilient too. :)

thanks,Vince i appreciate the help your suggestion last time saved me a bunch!!!

Can you post a pic of the piece now? +1 on the dip and placing it in lowlight and moderate flow. The flow and dip will help keep infection from forming on the piece

Thanks guy for the kind suggestion!
It was really stupid of me to leave them close like that lol thats what happens when you don't wanna go bigger and keep collecting corals! I'll try and get a pic 2morrow its just browned out and still shocked i think it might make it!
