What algea is this?

good day all,

i need some help to identify this type of algea and how to solve it.
as im currently away from home i received some alarming pictures from my wife that this algea is overtaking the tank in just several days.
nothing major has been done to the tank in recent weeks i only added a little bit more NOPOX as the nitrates were a bit high.
please let me know your thoughts. thanks.

CA: 420 ppm
Alk: 8.1
PO4: undetectable
NO3: 3 ppm
Mag:1245 ppm
