So I had this slug looking thing in my tank. At first it was just one and it wasn't harming anything, but I pulled it out anyway just in case. Now I have no idea how many I have but there are alot. They still aren't harming anything that I could see, but I want to be sure. Could anyone tell me what these things are and if they are good or bad?

looks like Stomatella Varia to me which is a harmless herbivore.

I have a ton of these also. I was wondering what they were but weren't hurting anything so I wasn't worried about them...

I wasn't worried until they started multiplying like they are now. If only my corals grew as fast. Thanks for the responses.

Now that I know the name...I google'd it and apparently they are like rabbits. And it would be great if the corals grew like that!

Stomatelia- it does appear to be...

I was at first considering the Bali sea hare due to the mantle tissue formation on the dorsal side, but....
Bali sea hares don't have such a distinct mantle foot separation (ventral side pic) nor due they commonly reproduce as quickly as you have noticed..

Let's all remember that it is Spring time so we should expect to see new things in our displays due to population expansion.
