What are 5 beginner macros for refugium?

Looking to put some decent looking macros in my refugium. I'm kinda tired of just placing chaeto all the time and would like to add some color. Can any of you macro experts suggest at least 5 types I can add. My refugium isn't a big space as its part of my sump. Also how long would I have to wait before I can start adding it to my refugium? I just added sand and water yesterday to my system. Thanks in advanced.

I have heard this one requires high flow and exceptionally blue light. Not sure if this is quite a beginner macro.
