Those a bristleworms, good cleanup crew but can sting you. I wouldn't worry about them, you most likely have them in you're tank already.

Bristle worms. Some folks classify them as a pest. There are some fish species that eat them. They can sting you, the little hairs will get stuck in your skin if you brush against them causing a slight burning sensation.
