What are these tiny worms?

These tiny red worms were in my sandbed at night feeding time, and they squirm around a bit. They look like moving fishing line or something. What are they? IMG_3424.png

Looks very widespread to be spaghetti worm. If moving, maybe but im thinking filaments from developing cyanobacteria

Can’t see the video but the picture looks like bubble algae
