What are these?

Hey everyone. I've had these growing within some corals and I wanted to know if they are anything that I should be concerned about. They look like some type of polyp and are starting to spread. If they are a concern, what are they and suggestions on how to treat them would be appreciated.

From the looks of it, majanos. Not a nice pest.
