What are these?

Too small to tell on the video, but they could be Mysid shrimp.
 
May have been a typo, but mysis are actually fresh water shrimp which we commonly feed to our saltwater tanks. Mysid are basically the salt water equivalent. Cheers
 
I have had peppermints breed in my tank and sump before do you have any shrimp in your tank? At that size and distance it is hard to tell my baby peppermints only scattered like that during the first couple days then they got good at running along the LR and glass.
