Hi guys, my 2 new Micromussas arrived in 64 F bags. I’m hoping they will bounce back and monitoring them closely. First day.
I noticed every polyp releases some white ball on the hair string (egg??) every half hour.
What are this white eggs? Doesn’t look like guts, about 1-3 mm. Is that survival mech before they die due to cold shipping?

Does look like spawning. May have been triggered by the cold temps.

I hear you. This was a massive release over few hours both colonies. It must of released hundreds/thousands of eggs.
Otherwise it’s a third day, micros doing very fine, medium polyp extension, no tissue damage, no discoloration
I guess 64 in a bag is fine but edging danger zone since survival spawn reflex
