just curiuos as to what everyone is using. I started out with arm, then switched to knop koralith media and I love it!! I switched because I had high po4 in my ca reactor effulent. The knop tests out at o ppm on the effulent. What is everyone else using? WHy? How does it hold up over time? I also noticed my arm turned into sludge after awhile......Thanks for your input!!

I just got my cal reactor mtc dual nano, and just ordered the ARM corse and fine. Wish i know about the po4 problem, but good to know, that way i can watch it. But I ordered the ARM because my local club recommended it.

If you have deltec is rowalith c necessary, the guy i bought my reactor from said he ran arm, just th larger grade. i was going to use this media from aquarium specialty. the one that looks like reef bones. is this ok or should i stick to the rowalith? btw i have a deltec 509 and going to run on a ap24. (sorry to hijack thread)
