What camera do you use for pics of aquarium?

I was taking pics of my Tank and the IPhone 14 sucks at taking pics. Any recommendations? The pics don’t come out like what it looks like in real time. It’s more dull, no pop of colors.

I use either an IPhone 11 with one of those orange filter things you can put over the camera (I use orange reefing glasses for this haha) Or I use a Nikon 5600 If I want to take pictures of specific stuff in my tank.

Anyone tried an SLR shooting raw then post processing color correction instead of using a filter? I’ve tried manual white balance but it’s at the limits of the amount of orange I can add

Its going to be dependent on how much blue light you have. If you can turn the lights whiter, you can definitely shoot filterless and adjust for wb. If you are shooting vendor style with super heavy blues, orange filter will definitely make it easier.

I shoot with a a6000 and a vintage nikkor lense.
