What can I use?

I'm hoping someone can help me. I woke up this morning and found my small Blue Tang in the return. Somehow he got through one of the slots. Is there something I can use to put over the slots? I have some apoxy that I've used to hold my coral frags in place so I'm hoping I can use it to put something over the slots if anyone can help me or if you have anyother ideas I welcome them.

Some type of plastic screen would work.
