I did a 30% warer chanfe 2 days afo and now rhis. What is causing it?
I'm not sure I see what you mean. Could you provide pictures under white/neutral light and tell us what exactly the issue is?
Every time you perform water changes some nuisance algae appears in your tank? Or what is the issue?

I think it would be helpful if you could provide more information and show us specifically what you’re referring to. Maybe circle it in the photo or just provide a better description. Also as stated before it helps if we have photos under white light.
