What Coral is this?

Ok, this Coral has polyps, octo- type. Also polyps are sporadic. Rigid skeleton not soft. Please help.

Doesn't really look like any normal SPS coral I've seen, but also looks to be in very bad condition. Might be some type of deep water acro or maybe some species of Oculinidae?

Sure, the polyps when opened look identical to red chili cactus coral polyps, a little smaller. Just sporadic .

I tried to get info from lfs where I bought it they didn't know either. Not good.

I've never seen this in publication. I also had a red with white Daisy like polyps. I bought from different lfs no info from them too.

Might of been cut into smaller pieces and damaged when shipped.

I originally was just picking out tiny/interesting little peices of rock. Then out of nowhere that started sprouting up. Another big piece of rock I got ended having several purple and white mushrooms
