Santa brought me my Mitra LX 7206 lights for my tank, and a few Peppermint Shrimp for a few Aptasia in my tank. Thanks Santa, and Merry Christmas everyone.

My wife got me a $100 gift certificate for LA. This will help in the initial stocking of the new Red Sea Reefer 425xl I'm setting up now.

My kids and their families are coming over later. I would expect more gift certificates (that's what I asked for!).

Very nice system, good job on the cabinet.

I like the black sand, that is what I went with. Just a FYI black sand like magnetic pad glass cleaners I have found the Tunze works the best. Handles are a little small for my hands but the sand does not get stuck in the pad since it does not touch the glass.

Thank you for the info. I have heard this but haven't had problems. I usually dont go low enough to sand with the magnet cleaner. Do that by hand.

Is the stand obvious DIY lol. It's my second stand I have made.

You my friend did a great job. This is better then back in the day when I build my first stands with exterior ply with a skill saw to cut and a 2x4 for a straight edge. Then a thick coat of paint to cover all my mistakes up

Santa Brought me a ReefBreeders 48" LED Fixture! So glad to be back in the hobby, just downsized a little. Went from a non reef ready 125 to a reef ready 75. Perfect size.
