Came home from work to find this on my chillipepper. It was pristine when I left for work this morning. The only thing new in the tank is a black combtooth blenny that came out of QT 2 days ago. Is he the one or is it something else?

Maybe salt creep being knocked into your tank? Detritus sitting stationary for a while? I don't think montipora eating nudibranchs but could be wrong. Any changes in parameters lately?

No changes in parameters Alk 8.3, Ca 450, Mg 1350, pH 8.3 Nitrate 5. They've been there for months. Now I found a similar mark on another frag .

Sure does look like something,g is picking at them. I would keep a close eye on the tank

I no longer keep blennys in any tank with SPS. He would be my first suspect...

I had a blenny at one time in the past. And yes theos are the markings of blennys mouth.

Looks like your blenny maybe the culprit here. I had a bi color who I always caught biting on my monti plates.
