This is just a small portion of some of the mint growing (like star polyps) all over my house. The trash guys love it, but what do you do when you have enough mint to supply Snapple? I make tea...my mom makes mint chocolate chip ice cream with it...but we have so much I can't even put a dent in it between our house and my moms. We also have lemon balm which we use for cooking when out of Lemon juice but again...still way more than I know what to do with.
At this point I am contemplating making salads out of it just to make room for the Lilly's that might still be there.
