Specimen tank... what should I do?

Alright. I don't usually post stuff, but I'm curious...

I have a 15g SPS tank. Two days ago, I broke all my colonies/frags out of it and put them in my Nyos 69g. Now... I want to make the tank a specimen tank.

I was originally thinking about just putting an anemone and a couple nice clowns in there... OR maybe a little frogfish...

Help me out! What would you put in there?

I'm not worried about what happens to the corals that are left... if they are cool with the changes then great, if not, I'll figure something out. I still need to figure out what I'll do with the favia in the center.

I have an ECC Nexus Joker Anemone and Black/Mocha Clownfish "tank" in my sump instead of refugium. It's neat to see the Clownfish interacting with the Anemones.

Frogfish, wennerae mantis shrimp, bluestripe pipefish you could consider some other really small inverts.

Yeah. Just wanted to. I wanted to get all my SPS into one system and do something different with the 15g.

Agree, it's beautiful interaction. Definitely still in the running. Not really a big fan of all the morphs of the clowns. There are a few cool ones, but I'm more of a species guy. Like your tank has a bubble tip anemone and ocellaris clowns. The names don't do anything for me. I am a big fan of maroons.

Well there is a randall's pistol shrimp in there, but he's coming out as well.

Yeah, it's pretty much top on my list right now. I've always wanted one... just trying to see if anyone out there has an idea that makes me doubt.

I almost considered a Frogfish for my Nano the other day. There was a Black one at my LFS. I would have bought him had my tank not already had 3 nano fish that would have been snack food.

Do the Frogfish with some slow growing Macro Algaes?

Well it would have been a nice introductory meal. Set the bar high.

I guess you could do a yellow watchman goby/pistol shrimp combo, but i don't think it's as cool as the frog
