What do YOU feed your Chalices???

I'm sure someone has already made a thread like this but oh well. I have recently started buying chalices and want to know what everyone feeds theirs. PE mysis, regular mysis, or anything anyone has found to be really successful. From the looks of it, it seems like a lot of people know a ton about chalice so I am looking forward to what everyone has to say! Thanks

I have one, added mh and growth has taken off. I don't target feed it but would also be interested to try if it will help with growth.

Wow, Johnny, that is one very cool video. We use Reef Frenzy, which we get from Johnny, our chalices are doing great.

Mysis, Rotifers, and coral frenzy generally. Plus they eat what my fish don't catch (or what they digest).
