I rotate through a bunch of frozen, generally using 2-3 cubes plus some Rod's frozen and freeze dried mysis.
Selcon and garlic Xtreme is added.
I also add 2 sheets of nori split among clips and a full sheet in magnetic holder.

I have 3 tangs, a foxface, a flametail blenny and a lawnmower Blenny that love the nori when they're not picking at the rock.

Here's the list.
Rod's Food - original
Rod's Food - Pacific Plankton Blend
Rod's Food - Herbivore Blend
Frozen Mysis cubes- Piscine Energetics
Frozen Spirulina Brine Shrimp - Hikari
Frozen Calanus - Piscine Energetics
Frozen Mega-Marine - Hikari
Frozen Rotifers - Hikari
Frozen Cyclopod - Hikari
Frozen Coral Gumbo - Hikari
Oyster Eggs Frozen Cubes
Freeze dried mysis

I feed exclusively Hikari frozen cubes right now, one cube per day:

Mega Marine, twice per week
Mega Marine Alga, twice per week
Mysis Shrimp, twice per week

And on Friday's they get a mix of one cube of Hikari Coral Gumbo with some Reef Riot thrown in.

I feed nls algae max pellets red and green algae sheets whatever I can find cheap. Ocean nutrition reef flakes. Then the most important diy seafood mix of shrimp salmon scallops anything else that I can find cheap and always clam. I blend this all with selcon and spirulina powder. Feed all three of these daily. The cost of diy compared to prepackaged saves a ton of money.
