What Do You Feed Your SPS??!

I use oyster feast but recently was given some reef roids to try man all I can say is my polyp extension is super. I have 60 gallons I use 1/8 tee p of roids and 1/2 half tee p of oyster feast once a week

I don't use any coral foods. I feed the fish Rod's Food and PE Mysis and I'm sure the sps catch some of what's floating around. I'm sure they eat pods, pod larvae and other zooplankton that naturally grow in the tank.

I make a weekly cocktail of Oyster Feast, Cyclopeeze, Reef Roids, and Reef Chili. Good PE, color, and growth.

Rod's reefd food is the best that I have ever used. It feeds the whole tank including the fish. I jsut started using it the end of Nov and have seen a great amount of growth!!

heavily fed fish feed my SPS Fish poo, oyster feast, reef chili. Also Red Sea's Reef Energy Aminos and Vitamins

Any one use this stuff?
