what Do you Make For DInner?

[FONT=verdana, geneva, lucida, lucida grande, arial, helvetica, sans-serif]so i was doing this on my local forum and it was a big hit. wanted to make it bigger and see what everyone in the U.S.A was eatting for dinner, Lunch, desert, breakfest even tasty SNACK'S! please feel free to be yourself on this thread and you can give helpful hints and tips on how and the best way to cook, feel free to share those secret recipes to![/FONT]

so my girlfriend is a really good cook and she has really good ethnic cooking skills any where from Italian, Russian, Indian, Spannish to tailgating and she always cooks every night or if shes gonna work late she preps something for me to Finnish later on while shes not home, even if she comes home from work late, me im a big eater i love food and cant get enough of it. i eat like 15 times a day haha, Anyways i would like to share photos of some amazing plates and course's.

If you have any pictures your self feel free to post when ever you want.

here is a few meals/ lunch the past few weeks.

surf&Turf lunch- brown rice with wild mushrooms, skirt steak and a spring salad with a side of avocado

BBQ skirt steak with grilled bbq chicken :O

lunch asparagus with fresh mozz and tomatoes

Looks so darn good....you are a lucky dude lol.

I was a head sushi chef for about 8 years when I was in college....still making some for family, these can get complicated and colorful just like our corals color lol.

Here are some basic one that I made for our kidos, adult people like sushi and sashimi only :)

I finally have a place for all the random pictures of food on my phone! I love to cook, its probably my biggest outlet and stress relief,

First one is called "spider maki" softshell crab inside.

Second one is called "caterpillar maki" freshwater eels and avocado outside....since its just for family eating I didn't wanna to decorate but you can add many different things on them lol.

0.o noo tomorrow night tho. tonight i had rice with mango curry chicken and steamed coli flower. with mango, pineapple and peach chunk's. OMG was so amazing ill post pictures in a little.
