Hello everyone I have 2 kessil a160 tuna blues over my 60 gallon tall reef tank, I was just wondering what you guys run your cycle with these lights and the max intensity you have yours set at and what you would recommend for my tank. Thanks

On a 60 tall there's no reason you shouldn't be able to crank those baby's up to 70 to 80 percent or higher intensity. Do it very slowly over a couple weeks depended on what intensity you're at now. I generally run a 10 hour cycle with 5 hours max intensity and the rest is ramp up and ramp down.

I'm running mine at 35% color and 75% intensity on my standard 75g (48 x 18 x 21) and they are on an 11 hour schedule. I also have a 2 bulb T5 HO fixture to cut down on some of the shadows that's turns on an hour before the Kessils reach peak intensity and stay on for 5 hours. If my memory is correct I believe the Kessils are at peak for 3-4 hours.

Good morning! I have a question. I am very new to saltwater tanks and I am piecing together my first. I have a 75 g with a 30 gallon sump. I was instructed to get two Kessil A160 lights and that would be sufficient for my tank. In time I do plan on have live coral but I know I have a long ways before I get there. Are these lights going to be enough? I was reading about the A360 but thought they were to big for my 75g.... thanks in advance!

Two a160s would not be enough for that tank depended on your stocking plan. You'll definitely want to go with the A360s. And on a four foot tank, again depended on what corals you're going to go with, you'll want two or three lights of the A360's or 5 or 6 A160's

I have an A160 at 100% over a 32 gal tank and it supports softies but I don't think I would even put SPS in. For a 75 gal you will absolutely need at least 2 A360s.

I have 5 over my 92g, they are on 100% intensity and all blue the 1st 2 hours and last 2 hours, and around the 50/50 mark the rest of the time. They are on 13.5 hours a day. I can grow acros all the way on the bottom, they grow anything ive thrown at them.

Looks great with those 5 lights and no doubt it grows amazing! I like kessil, but with goosenecks and a controller that setup is 1400-1500 bucks for lighting a 93g and 200W max. Whew!
