What do you think about a Bare Botton tank ??

I'm sorry I have kids myself just wasn't thanking. Some words are more offensive to some than others. I wouldn't want my son saying it. Can I have some casino cash ;)

Thats a great idea with the acrylic and sand i wish i would have thought about that when i set the tank up.... It just so happens that where the flow blows my sand up it shows a sticker i didnt get off the under side of the bottom glass.

Only thing about doing a false sandbed is that coraline will still grow over it.

Is there no way to put the powerhead lower and angle the flow away from the sandbed. We may have already talked about this.

not wit hgood flow. I had no coraline on my sand in my 90, but I did have bare spots that drove me nuts. Doing the acrylic bottom the bare spots still show sand. I will see if Ican find a link to the build. Im for sure doing this on my next tank.
