What do you think about my new acclimation tank inside my 360gal DT?

Here’s what I setup today. Just moved my massive fatty 5” Diamond Goby, two 2.5” juvenile engineer gobies, and one 2.5” clown tang into my 360g (they just finished copper, metro, prazi quarantine).

It’s a simple 10 gallon tank I got on sale at I think pet smart or somewhere years ago for like $10 or $20. I made a lid with egg crate and some aquarium mesh I found on Amazon (can post link if anyone requests). I put it up on some specimen cup stands just so I don’t bury and trap any of my sand dwelling critters. I’m so stoked on this!

The rock and Zoa rock on top are just to make sure the lid doesn’t move.

What do you guys think?! I love it!

I like it! I’ve been debating on ways to do something similar with my 360. And you didn’t break the bank to do it. Very cool

Not sure how long I'll leave them in it, but I might leave them in it for a while since now I can SUPER power feed them since I don't have to worry about nitrates rising like I do in my 30g QT. In my DT I actually have to dose a lot of nitrates to the tank because all my coral suck up ton of Nitrate and Phosphate both.
