What does this look like.........

OK. My yellow tang has it also. I have them in a qt tank. Haven't use any meds yet.

Thanks. The skin looks kinda milky with a few pimples in clown. Yellow tang also.

Agreed. Brooklynella, to be a bit more precise - at least to look at it. Are the fish exhibiting any behavioral symptoms, such as rapid breathing or hovering in the flow of a powerhead?

You'll want to crank up a quarantine tank, and a couple of dips; four or five minutes in aerated freshwater of the same temperature as the tank can give some quick relief, and a longer dip in a medicine with formalin (Quick Cure, etc...) or Acriflavin (Ruby Reef Rally, etc...)

There's a terrific write-up on the beast here: http://www.ultimatereef.com/articles/brooklynella/

It doesn't look like ich to me either - it looks like Brooklynella. Brook is a completely different critter.

Oh! Completely forgot to mention that Metronidazole (Metroplex, API General Cure, etc . . . ) can be helpful here as well.

Which is best to use for a bath in a Acrylic dip and pour container (32oz)?

Kordon Rid Ick or Ruby Reef (Rally)
