one of my H.MAG anemone suddenly shrinked like an apple and after nearly an hour it just got back to the expanding shape . I've seen them do this in the wild when I watch some documentarys. But I really want to know what this means![emoji16]

Looks like he caught something and ate it.

Anemones sometimes just do this. As long as it is transient, like an hour or two, likely no big deal.

Not abnormal; and can indicate
-Pooping
- Eating
- Lights too bright
- irritated by tank occupant

Amy of these causes will be temporary and of No harm
