Had a local person pass away and his family is breaking down his tank and selling everything off. What fish is this? I know it's a bad pic but phone had a hart time adjusting.

Looks like possibly a coral beauty dwarf angelfish.

That is a beautifully blue specimen of Centropyge bispinosa- Coral Beauty Angelfish.

Thanks everyone. I went ahead and picked him up. Only paid 20 dollars (they were only asking 10 so gave 20 to help out) so can't beat that. LFS has had all the fish in quarantine for 60 days so will make a nice addition to my new tank.

They can be aggressive, so keep an eye out there as well.
