What happened to EVC ballasts?

I'm in the process of upgrading to a 6ft. long 150, from a 4ft. 112. I have two EVC ballasts and I'm very happy with them. I originally purchased them from Ocean Encounter, but their website has been down for months. Anyone know where to get the ballasts now? I need a third and I don't want to mix ballasts, or shell out the money for three new ones of a different brand. Plenty of places carry the bulbs, but not the ballasts. Thanks.

good luck. haven't been on the market in years. i, too, had 3 of them. great ballasts!

fwiw, the reef fanatic ballasts are identical iirc.

I was in the same situation and ended up upgrading to a pair of Icecap 400w. I have a 250w EVC ballast laying around if that's what you are looking for.

you may want to try Welcome to ReefScience! I know they carry the evc bulbs so maybe they can get you a ballast. This is the only place to carry the evc bulbs also.
