What happened to my frog spawn

My frog spawn was out last night looking normal, got home form Christmas dinner and this is what I found. All lps and soft corals are out an normal, water perimeters are normal it just disappeared. This was branching indonesia frog spawn

Had to go out of town the next day and the polyps showed up from under a rock in the sand they disappeared again but can they live and grow a new skeleton? I will try and add pic my gf sent me of the polyps extended from under a piece of live rock.

They can regrow new skeleton, sometimes.
 
Ok guys an gals guess what just popped up in the tank today when i got home an right after my GF just went out an bought me some branching frogspawn? Yep the old frogspawn polyps. Should I leave them be or try an glue them to a rock?

If I were you I would let it be and let it try to recover. Something like that will not have a major impact on your nutrient levels if it does not survive. What was the Beatles song again?? Let it be.... let it bee... let it beeee let it bee!
