I have a 180g reef, been up over a year and doing great. I have a torch that has probably 30 heads and has been thriving, but the last month or so has lost one head and losing another one or two now. I have three other torches doing great.

the torch in question has a weird thing sticking out from one side. Almost looks like a bone. I’m going to pull it off the rock and dip it, but what in the world is this. Left side of the picture.

Picture isn’t great, but it looks like a white/clear bone growing off the left side of the torch.
