Ok I lost my anemone (which I still cannot find) and was looking around my tank and found that does anyone know what that is?

Looks like Aiptasia. I would remove it

Looks to be a hitchhiking feather-duster/tube/fan worm, which are harmless filter-feeders.
Sorry to hear about the anemone. I don’t know much about their care, though I was wondering what species you have (which might be useful).
