What is a reaction score?

Hi guys! I am fairly new here and I was just wondering what a reaction score is and how to increase it? Also, what are the highlighted texts under some people's usernames such as "Build thread contributor" etc etc. Thanks :)

It's the number of 'LIKES' you get for your posts to any forum. It's not really of much importance IMHO.

In general, people with much higher reaction score (like 2 or 3 times more than the number of posts) are voices you want to pay more attention to. But some are just people who use R2R as a chat forum and have a high reaction score because people like them or they are friendly, and their advise may or may not be better.
