What is going on here?

I have a anemone of unknown specie.I collected it while diving in the Gulf of Oman 3 yrs ago since then its been my tank about a week ago its mouth has started to stick out.It gets fed once a week a piece of fresh fish and is kept under LED lights all my parameter are in check for a reef tank.

Fed him last night he closed up and consumed the food at the moment his mouth is closed and my clown is in his tenticals.
