What is going on with my LTA? Blooming?

Checking on my LTA this morning and I noticed this flower like bubble coming out of the center of it. Google Lens says it is "blooming" but I have not successfully found a picture of what that is. Can someone please tell me?

This looks like the mouth coming out. They sometimes do this when feeding, but also do it when they sick. If it goes away in under an hour it is probably fine.
