Just came in to my office today to see this little guy all sorts of strange. Is he in too much light or flow? Not enough? In terms of lighting this is the peak of mor morning/afternoon ramp up.

Elevate it. It needs moderate light and medium flow and likely getting little of both in its location. When you elevate it- give it a couple of Gentle bursts of water from a turkey baster and you should see it perk up
