So I seen this for the last couple days on one of my live rock anyone have any ide what it could be its white and kinda looks like fuzz to a point

Sponges are bad correct ?

No. Sponges typically die in our tanks because we can't easily meet their needs. However, if you manage to keep some alive then your tank conditions are optimal.

So they're bad because they die and decompose.

But if they don't die and decompose then they're good.

Sponges are great.:) They are filter feeders they help clean the water in your tank.

Sorry, I never got up until 11am..... I don't think I've done that in a decade.

I agree it's a sponge.
