What is happening here?

I woke up yesterday and saw that my torch coral detached a little from one of the sides. Why is that and what could be causing this? I have it for over a year and it’s been fine. I have attached a picture of what I am referring to.

That's not just deflated, the skeleton is showing. If it's been in that spot for a year I would think the flow is fine. My guess is your alkalinity is off. Can you post your alk, ca, and mag?
